This cell develops a clone cell of the suppressor cell and induces mutation in other cell cycle deregulating it. These mutated now undergo mitosis in all the cells, which damages the DNA, present in other cells. These mutations go on and the growth of the clone cells becomes unregulated which result into a full-blown cancer.
