1. Stakeholder:

A person or a group who has interest in an organization. These persons are affected by the organization's actions, objectives and policies. Stakeholders can be internal or external and they can be at senior or junior levels. There are different reasons because of which stakeholders are associated with the company. There are basic requirements or needs of the stakeholders towards the organization and in order to satisfy the stakeholders, the organization has to fulfill their needs. For examples, customers are the stakeholders of the company. They have needs like good quality of products or services at reasonable prices. The company has to fulfill their needs to survive in the market and to achieve their various goals. Similarly, for fulfilling the needs of the suppliers the company has to make good relationships and long term business contracts with the suppliers. (Riley, 2012).

2. Requirements from the Stakeholders:

According to Stewart et al. (2003, pp.26-31) in any organization once Stakeholders are identified, a good relationship is established in between them and their after the data collection ensues and data analysis begins. The external stakeholders play an important key role for making profits of a company. These external stakeholders are the persons who are the third-party in an organisation.

Internal Stakeholders:

* To implement new technologies for building leading-edge database applications and software solutions.

* Company Databases should be highly secured and customer's details are kept very secure and confidential.

* Reduce unauthorised access and place data encryptions for securing sensitive data before outsourcing.

* The ability to consistently deliver service on time.

* Wants to analyse sales, financial, or operational performance data.

* To create a business intelligence infrastructure, or enhance existing capabilities.

* Better to focus outstanding customer service and support to build long-term relationships with the clients.
