The marketing is our fourth department. Marketing department consists of one manager and four employees. Word of mouth advertising is more powerful and useful way for us advertises ourselves since it incur no incremental cost of advertising. A positive consumer response through a word of mouth campaign can generate much more effective than our marketing personnel. Social networking advertising is most effective than any other mode of advertising. Facebook is a good way for us to develop our brand and reputation promotions. It can be effective as potential customers may view a friend's who used to our customers page and see something that they clicked " like" our page and be inadvertently persuaded to have service with us as well, We will register our official company page account on Facebook. For every season time, we will reward our prospective Facebook user costumers, for every times click "like" us, we will send groupon page. Our company targets royal consumers by increasing consuming cycle and improvement efficiency of operation. So we In order to sell more and make more profit and keep a long-term relationship, we send e-commercial advertising attached shipping-service groupon via e-mail to our current and prospective consumers. Marketing department should spend time listening to clients (and prospective clients) in order to understand their needs and wants regarding a particular service.
