INTRODUCTION

What is ethic? Ethic can be defined as the action that the people do it might be bad or good. As specific the word "ethics" derive from the word of "ethos" which bring means habit, custom, while the word "morals" from the Latin word moralis which means customs.

In Al Quran the word that use is khuluq. Al Qurtubi has interprets the mean of khuluq which bring mean religion, ideology, or doctrine. In ethic it can be distinguish between moral and non-moral behavior which mean good or bad attitude.

Ethic be more important in any kind of act been done not only that ethic also have relation with the many field such as science, politic, economic and many more. In Islamic Al Quran and Hadith are the main sources for Islamic people and it's bring importance to ethics. Al Quran and Hadith is the guardian for all the Muslim people all around the world to help them to follow the right and leave the bad behave.

In any societies there are give the truly commitment towards what they work because they work through what the religious belief of. We can see that many type of example where the different religious have they own way to be ethical in their work. For example in Malaysia where the Chinese been monopoly in the business sector due to their ethical way in doing business.

Kuwait is one of the Arab countries where it on the Persian Gulf. Kuwait has the strategies and unique place to study about the Islamic work ethic. Furthermore, Kuwait is covering an area of 17820 KM2. In the 2011 the population of the Kuwaiti been increase to 3,697000 different from 2006 the population around 2,228 000 people. Kuwait is a small country and rich with the oil therefore there also many of non Kuwaiti Come and work at Kuwait. The immigrant mostly works at the sector of construction, manufacturing wholesale, retail and restaurant.

What is Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) is an orientation that can influence on the Islamic or non Islamic people and the organizations. Islamic work ethic can be defined as the moral principle that will help people to choose between bad and good. Islamic perspective in order people to fulfill their needs and necessity they need to work. In Islamic the nature also plays the role as one of the element.
