Success can be many things, like Happiness, importance, power, greed, Vanity, relationships, health, heart-contentment and more.

Most would agree that happiness, contentment, and satisfaction are the primary factors when it comes to measuring success. What would be the value of being successful but then unhappy. So happiness is the primary factor when it comes to being successful.

The advantages of being successful in life. You will become buoyant. You are able to bounce back up from difficult situations through the past mistakes and lessons learned and re-approach the similar situations with more confidence. Become happier in life. You become more motivated to do more things and achieve more and move on to the next level for a higher success. You will get more self-esteem within yourself, and with that you become more respectful to others.

However, having the wrong success in life can prove detrimental to life. It can even cause some one death. The disadvantage of being too successful in life, one can become too greedy. Can become hurtful to others in thrive for success. Don't have proper manners. And those with wealth and assets, tend to neglect small important things in life. They take things for granted. Being too wealthy, some people will take advantage of your money. When you have gained success, many people are willing to surround you in order to get fame or the same status. In that way, you won't know who your genuine friends are. When you have fame, money, and status, you will be an open target for kidnap and blackmail.
