Flying Car

This story talks about how the technology of flying cars is going to be in the near future and all the cars they have started to make so far in this report they have three different types of cars. They have also have been companies that are trying to make the cars by examining the other cars, they say by some time in the future you’ll be seeing this cars in the driveway.

One of the three cars that they are still experimenting with it is the moller skycar m400. This one is said to come out in 2010, and it is a four passenger car. It uses four wankel engines, and it vertically takes of and lands. It can be as high as 36,000 feet and travel up to 375 mph. it will cost about 995,000 but you got to put 100,000 in deposit. The second car of the three is the flying sports car fsc-1. it is a four passenger car and starts as a car but then transform into a single-propeller plane. The range for this car is 950 miles, and its altitude is below 34,000 feet. The price is about 175,000.

And the third car is the urban aeronautics x hawk. It’s called the “emergency vehicle” where it goes where other choppers can’t go. It uses ducted fans and goes below 380 miles, and can go no higher then 12,000 feet. And speed of 161 mph. cost about 5 millions to 6 millions of dollars. So far it is still in the work because they are still in the making of it, its only been in made in plastic moldings and virtual computer simulation
