1. As Ala chemical marketed in various parts of the world but the targeting strategy only depend on youngsters. The target market is limited and the strategy on focus group is not willing to use the tooth powder for a longer time. The consumer mindset change as change the market product, the competitive product placed a better mindset in consumers .The targeting strategy only work for a limited time period.

2. Ala chemical should targeted all the marketed not in a specific. A very good ingredients target market is strong. A cheap price product used middle and lower class category so Ala chemical should focus on strategic group also.

3.  As concern to the advertising, there is a focus on family group. Ala chemical should targeted the children also because as growth phase, parents are very conscious. As compare to family there is only one element for freshness .Consumers are not targeted for the smile. Consumers want more. The growth strategy fall down after the excited stage of brand in the market.

4. No, brand is not a victim of over positioning. It depend on market segmentation and target market. Over positioning in Ala chemical as not per strategy .Over positioning of a brand can be an impediment in the brand extension especially when a lower end brand is positioned as a premium brand.

5. Unique Value Proposition in a brand and the difficulties of pursuing a segment invasion without considering the entry barrier and the marketing strategies/position of competitor.

6. Product concept alone cannot lead to marketing success and consumer acceptance .Ala chemical should work and make strategy according to market and also focus on barrier of market. For toothpaste and toothpowder must be made strategy on the basis of segmentation and target market.
