1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We plan to make car wash business and we name it Wonder Carwash Cafe. But, we are not going to make the carwash business only. We will going to provide a small café for our customers. The reason we have 1 Malay chef and 1 Chinese chef because in our café has provide the Malay and Chinese foods to our beloved customers.  

Our carwash shop will provide the customer in two choices on cleaning their car such as clean at the outside of the car only or clean at the outside and inside their car. We provide a café because we want our customers to chilling themselves while waiting their car to be clean. In café, they can order different type of Malay and Chinese foods.

In Wonder Carwash Cafe, we make promotion such as coupon distribution, billboard advertisement and word of mouth to promote our business so that people will come to our shop. Other than that, we offer affordable price for our service, but we cannot offer the price too cheap since we are using high technology machine for our car washing process.

We want to be top selling car wash service industry. We want to be the unique and the only car washing service that able to provide the customer what they want and to make sure they are satisfied with our service. We want to offer the best customer relation service to our customer so that they enjoyed our service and will in return help us promotes our service to their friends. We will make sure our customer will be satisfied with our services.

2.0 PROBLEM STATEMENT

  1. Customer experience long time duration while waiting for their car being washed since we have limited worker and limited car wash space.

  1. Customer dissatisfied because they feel the food is expensive and not delicious.
  1. Customer feel dissatisfied with limited facilities provided by our company
  1. Customers complain our price is expensive since we use high technology car washing machine.
  1. Customer feels dissatisfied with our company hygiene factor.

3.0 VALUE PROPOSITION

        Our business is about the carwash. But, we are not going to make the carwash business only. We will going to provide a small café for our customers. So that they can sit, eat and resting while waiting for their car to be washes by our group member.

        In our carwash shop, we have a good machinery to wash our customer cars. In addition, one of our member, which is i, will conduct the machineries have the experiences on how to use it properly. Our carwash shop also provide the customer in two choices on cleaning their car such as clean at the outside of the car only or clean at the outside and inside their car. However, if they want us to clean their car inside and outside, we will charge the price differently, depend with the type of the car that they are using.

        Not only cleaning the car as what I have said at the above, we also provide our customers with a small café which they can have a rest and eat while they are waiting for their car to be clean. For our café, one of our member, will be the one that cook the menu of our food in our café. Our café have two types of food which are Malay food and Chinese food.

Fortunately, we provide those food and have been studied on culinary before and she also assistant chef. So, we can make sure to our customers that they can have a nice meal in our café and enjoy it while waiting for their car to be wash.

In conclusion, we can make sure to our customers that they will have a good service by our Wonder Carwash Café.

4.0 VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT

 Vision: 

We want to be the top car washing service in this area and to do so, we intend to give customers our fullest effort in greeting them, guiding them using our service, offering them the best price for car washing service, making them comfortable by guiding them towards facilities provided by our company. Asides from car washing service, we tell our customer that our car washing centre also selling food and drinks for customer while they waiting for their car to wash by our worker and by providing customers car washing service and food selling service, we hope our customer will like what our company provided and will frequent our business in future.

Mission:

 Our mission is to be top selling car wash service industry. We want to be the unique and the only car washing service that able to provide the customer what they want and to make sure they are satisfied with our service. We want to offer the best customer relation service to our customer so that they enjoyed our service and will in return help us promotes our service to their friends.

Customers and Market Analysis

6.1 Market Overview

       Within the car wash industry, the 50 largest car wash companies only control around 15% of the market, leaving the majority of the market to be capitalized by small and medium sized enterprises. The car wash industry took a major hit because vehicle owners decrease their spending on nonessential services during the economic crisis. Since 2013, the rise of disposable incomes has induced a resurgence in the car wash industry.

6.2 Market Needs

    There is always a market need for a good car wash. Currently, there are no mobile car wash providers in. By demonstrating the convenience and quality of a mobile car wash we hope that vehicle owners in will transition to our service instead of using an automated washing service.

6.3 Market Trends

The market trends for the car washing industry has been a gravitation from hand washing to automatic washing machine facilities.  The automatic washing machines have become less expensive and more efficient over the last few years to the point that it is typically cost effective to invest in these machines.

6.4 Industry Analysis

     The first competitive forces model is threat of new entrants.  Within the car wash industry, there is always a fairly high threat of new mobile entrants. Starting a mobile car wash business requires less capital than the traditional service.  This is because it can operate with fewer employees and without a storefront.
