Martin Luther King, Jr. The Great Communicator

Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. was born on Tuesday , January 15, 1929 in Atlanta Georgia (Nobel Prize). Both his father and grandfather were baptist preachers who have been actively involved in the civil rights movement. (Nobel Prize). Watching his father and grand father preach and being key speakers for aposing racism , this laid the gound work for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to be one of the greatest communicators and people of all time.

Dr. Kings speeches are driven by hope. The power and sincerity in his voice gives off a calming aura. In his very short life Dr. Martin Luther King was instrumental in helping people realize that what they were doing and saying to other people was wrong. From 1955 to his death in 1968 he did many things to help America shy away from its' despicable past and look toward a harmonious future( Long Island University). Dr. King was a man that used his words as weapons. His voice would act as a sharp dagger, that jabbed at his enemies.

I make a tribute to Dr . King , because without him the world would be a sad

place filled with more evil and more hate. Without Dr. King, I would not have been given the great opportunities to work for the top companies and receive a high quality education. He led campaigns in the streets of America , the governors mansion , and the white house (LIU.edu).

Dr. King was undoubtedly a great leader and speaker whom we all admire. The man changed history and the way people thought about each other. He created great movements in the strife for equality and his legacy and beliefs will always be prevalent throughout history. Through we lost him far too soon, his words and deeds continue to inspire, provoke and educate every human beings life.
