The wind of freedom: Extreme sports.

The modern life has turned a man into an office creature and captured him between the walls struggling with his need of an adrenalin and wild life.  Extreme sport now considered one of the best option to get back the dose of adrenalin that humans are seeking to, moreover it's a need that not everyone is aware about. Taking into consideration its benefits I believe it is good idea to take up extreme sport activities.

Researches have shown that extreme sports affect and even change people psychologically in a positive way. The biggest "plus" is self-confidence acquired through sport, as these activities require solving various complex problems. It is a psychological and physical training of critical situations. It teaches to be strong, smart and fast.  Also extreme sports help participants get rid of their fears and complexes. Over time, this self-confidence can be directed in other spheres of activities such as business, art or personal life.  Moreover extreme sports help aggressive people use their aggression in a peaceful way. Excessively temperamental people, thus, get discharged and become more balanced in daily life.

Extreme sports require a good physical shape, which means participant's body will be formed and strengthened in the right physiological development. It is proven that extreme sports help to lose weight 20%  faster than 'gym sports'. Over time, the body will be strong and trained.  Also, the activities of such sports cause rapid heart work and increased respiratory activity, which trains the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, having a beneficial effect on the endurance of the organism.

It is a good idea to take up extreme sport activities as it helps people radically change their opinions about themselves and others, rethink existing values and learn how to appreciate what he has. In addition extreme sports is the best training for the body as it significantly improves psychological and physiological heath. This is why extreme sports should be encouraged since healthy and confident person forms healthy and confident community.
