The CEO at Sears, Martinez stated, American business is evolutionary, and not revolutionary with the impact it has on American with Disability and management in employees in the workforce should be educate about people with a disability. Sears management found effective workplace accommodations for an employee who is qualified with a disabilities result in the bottom line benefit the company-in terms of customer's service, productivity in work, effectiveness and efficiency (Course Material, 2010).
