My Creative Qualities

My creative qualities will help Kudler to implement programs that are designed to increase revenue and decrease costs. My experience in sales management, innovative, and intuitive characteristics would benefit Kudler in the areas they are looking to achieve. I will support the rollout of new customer focused programs, leverage customer information to support sales growth, targeted activities to recruit high-profit new customers, and support operational cost-cutting efforts company wide. Using my intuitive and innovate qualities I would help design customer focused programs, and training programs. They will be designed to help employees learn how to sell the program and increase revenue of customers. A sales process will be designed and delivered to management to help employees achieve sales goals. Sales goals will be created for all employees and a compensation program. The program will be created to incent employees who achieve sales goals. Sales reports will also be created to track sales goals. Staff management will be trained and held accountable for each area they are responsible for, and store managers will have goals for the store they manage.

To support operational cost-cutting efforts an observation of processes, understanding of job roles, and employee feedback will be conducted. Stockers, Cashiers, Managers of Departments, ordering, stocking supplies, inventory, and customer service are a few of the categories that would be observed to problem solve for cost-cutting efforts. Common sense, observation, and questions will be asked to understand what is currently being done with each department. A solution will be offered in a systematic approach for the company. Manuals or policies and procedures will be created for all staff members to refer to in the future.
