* Goal setting will helpful so each team member can know what needs to be done at the end of each week.
* Listing the task for each team member will be helpful so everyone is one the same page and knows what need to be done for each assignment.
* Communication is important to making sure the team runs smoothly and if someone doesn't understand the assignments, the other members can offer assistance to get the team member up to speed so we can have our assignments done on time.
* One of the best tools that I feel that is available to us all is other classmates. One person's weakness may be another's strength.
* Working as a group helps us deal with the differences in people along with the ones who are similar to ourselves. It also teaches us how to work together to complete a task and deal with the differences that we may come across in the working field when we get set in our careers.
