Mac Vs. Pc

Mac or PC

"There are more than 147,000 viruses for PC's" (Apple website). Almost half of the people in the United States have one or more computers at their homes or work places. The most commonly used computers are Mac and PC. Max is an Apple product and PC is a Microsoft one. There are lots of differences and similarities between these two items.

PC, as mentioned earlier is a Microsoft product and it runs the Windows operation system. This system is commonly known by eighty five percent of people who use computer in any form. A very well known and cheap product that is capable of browsing the net, doing calculation and writing processes. People with higher level education or experience also use the PC for graphics and designing as well as gaming. PC is a very user friendly system. Just like any computer, it uses a two bottom mouse and a keyboard; of course if needed, one can attack a digital camera for video chatting and such. Since this system is very well known to the world, there are loads of viruses out that can crash the PC; however, there are many virus protection products in the market that one can purchase to feel safe about working on a PC.

Mac, on the other hand, is known for its safety futures. Since this system is known by the other fifteen percent of the computer users only, there is much less viruses out for this system, Mac can cost a bit more than a PC, but it is not in need of virus protection products like the PC. The Mac computer can run with both Mac and Windows operating systems, which gives everybody the ability to share the same files that the other eighty five percent of the computer users work with. The Mac computer is very well-known to music makers, movie makers, graphic designers and many other types of producers in this manner. It is a very stable system that can work for a very long period of time for kids or professionals. This users friendly product uses a keyboard and a one key mouse; furthermore, the latest products from Apple come into the market built in with a digital camera.

As Mac and PC stay side by side, many thoughts and ideas come to mind about which one is the better system. The truth is, user plays the most important role in this process. Different users have different needs. People have to know their needs in order to buy their product. My ideal system is PC, because I can always get more out of it.
