This weeks reading talked about strategies when it comes to implementing a change in the department or throughput the organization. How managers, leaders, and employees face, deal with, recommending, and incorporate strategies to end with a result of reaching and meeting success with different methods of change. All employees throughout the workforce deal and manage with change in various ways and leadership and management need to know on how to handle this type of scenario. Employees who have time in the organization will face change harder than a newcomer coming in with all kinds of ways to approach tasks and assignments with fresh aspects ready to take on all that is thrown their way. It is nice if all employees can have open minds but that will never happen and leadership and management will need to have a plan in place to come to a strategy and plan for each individual needs. The many different types of leadership styles vary and will continue to vary to go hand in hand with employees, organization, tasks, and changes that will soon take place. All individuals have strengths and weaknesses and at times will need to either have the will to learn and accept new things to overcome the weakness with creative ideas. Organizations have different walks of life and in some point in time working with all kinds of cultures and beliefs mesh to work as a team or group. Leadership is something that will continue to grow and change to mold to present ways of doing things, mission statements, values, and lending a hand to others in showing, extending a hand, share ideas and ways, and always leading by example. Employees want and feel needed and part of the team at all times whether it is a small task to large jobs. Change is and will also always be a part of workforce way of life to better provide service and products as with employee morale and confidence.
