The strategy is to show how to apply laws of supply and demand that meets the needs of the business and how to become more profitable. It will describe two microeconomic and macroeconomic principles and categorizing these principles or concepts. Also how one would be considered in the workplace.

Scenarios one and three are microeconomic principles because it identifies with the part of economics that is about single factors and the effects of individuals decisions. In each scenario the levels of vacancy the individual decision and prices were adjusted to meet the decisions expectations.

The meaning of macroeconomics is the study of the entire economy. This means that the problem deals with inflation, unemployment, business cycles, and growth (Colander, 2010). The seventh and fourth scenarios are examples of macroeconomics. The fourth scenario depicts how population is increasing because a new company is coming to town with a vast number of employees.
