What recommendations would you make to Howard Schultz to sustain the company's

growth and support continued strong financial performance in the years ahead.

There are more and more professional coffee providers in market, not only in U.S.A and Europe, those kind of developed countries, but also in China, this kind of developing country. Especially, the strategies or the secret of Starbucks success had already be known by everybody in recent years. Starbucks faced more intense competition then before. From my opinion, Starbucks should put more concentration on how to make their stores become more different than others, add more unique features and provide more values for their customers. Those kind of way can not only keep their old customers not lose, but also attract more new and potential customers to entry their stores. The reasons why Starbucks struggled in recession before are Starbucks lost itself and expansion aimless. Customers can not feel the nice, peace environment and no more full- bodies coffee wonderful smells in Starbucks than before. Starbucks should find itself back and provide customers a new and better Starbucks.

In addition, Starbucks should look for more new products to satisfy the new generations needs and provide more new blood to company to make sure the company can keep grow as the times progress.
