Complain Letter

Recently many incidents happened and after a deep thinking I came to the decision of writing you this letter. Two weeks ago before my wife gave birth I entered the apartment and I saw my wife and my mother in law in a very difficult situation, scared and freaked for a major reason which is a snake, not any kind of snake it is a big snake (2 meters at least) they saw it through the window and it seems that a gentleman has it and considering it as a pet and after a while he put the snake in a large bag. Since that day my wife is not able to stay in the house alone so my mother in law has to stay with her during the day and I have to be with her during the after noon and the nightÐ'... but my mother in law is leaving soon before the end of June and the situation became worst especially after having a little baby who needs a relaxed mother not a mother having a nightmares.

Adding to that every weekend the marijuana's smoke comes into my house from my neighbor side and I cannot

stand it anymoreÐ'... and further some of my neighbors they don't have the essential protocols of respecting their neighborhood because they r leaving the trash outside in the corridor for more than one day and ignoring the smell like nothing happeningÐ'... and recently while my mother in law was smoking outside the building beside the entrance, one of the neighbors got mad and called her by using the F wordÐ'... and moreÐ'... and moreÐ'....

So after all these incidences I decided to find another house where I can raise my family with peace and away from the snake that causing me a big problem.

I know my contract expires on September 2005 but I can't wait until the expiration date due to the situation, so I am giving you a notice as of today to find somebody to replace me and I am going to pay you the month of June and July to give you enough time to find the new renter and I will make sure that I will leave at the maximum by the end of June.

Please consider my request as a father who cares about his family and wants the best for his wife and his child.
