Soldiers

It is not easy to be a soldier. A soldier must kill people who are on the opposite side, as called enemies, that who he/she has never known or met, which creates stresses for him/her. His/her responsibilities and duties are to defend his/her country in any possible ways. A soldierÐŽ¦s stress comes from killing others, and/or being killed by others. Soldiers canÐŽ¦t always know where the bombs or bullets comes from or going to where. Thus soldiers could fall dead at any moment. In order to kill the enemies at ease, a soldier must know his/her enemy very well. A war usually goes on for a long time, and because of that, soldiers are mostly in a tensed and busy situation. Thus they can get chronic fatigue. Air pollution in the battlefields can cause soldiers to have lung cancer. Under these bad conditions, soldiers would have higher chances of dying. In order to serve his/her country better, he/she needed to be relaxed more.

If I am a soldier, I will make any possible decisions I can make before entering the battlefields. This can help me to decrease the chances of dying, have a higher chance of surviving, and kill as many enemies as possible. I will only think of fighting for my side and not who I should kill. Since I want to let my side to win and go home as soon as possible, these desires will courage me to fight better, stronger, faster, and be more responsible to my duties, which are positive stresses for being a soldier. However, the negative stresses are thinking that you cannot make it, cannot survive, etc. and sometime donÐŽ¦t want to face the reality. There are a lot of stress management strategies for being a soldier, for example, relaxation, social and/or team support. I believe that most people in the world hate wars, especially soldiers themselves because it causes heavy casualties, and disturbs our livings.

Farmers

Farmers are the most important people on earth we need because they produce food and we need food to survive. Farming is not as easy as we think it is. A farmer must first clean the field, fertilize it, cultivate it, seed it, water it, pest control, and then harvest it. Thus a farmer needs to have many skills in order to farm. The most important thing is hard working and have patient; never give up, which is also the main stress a farmer gets. The basic stress comes from waiting for appropriate amount of rain to have a good harvest. There neither can be flood nor drought. A farmerÐŽ¦s responsibilities and duties are not just to feed his/her family, but also other people in the world/country. Farmers can also get stress leading them to heath problems like heart strokes when they overwork themselves. Thus they must learn how to be careful and control their stress.

If I am a farmer, I will let myself to work successfully under a good working condition. First of all, I will save money to buy farming machines to help to ease my job; money management ÐŽV spend money on useful stuff, not wasting it. Thus I will have a higher productivity. Since my family is
