As a final project for a FEF study project has to be made. The purpose of this assynment is to analyse and slove an existing problem in an organisation.

Het business plan is gemaakt door mijn persoon Anthony Martina. Mijn begeleider Gregory Lacle heeft geholpen met nodige informaties en ideeÐ"«n. Adelaida Lacle heeft ook geholpen met informaties over kosten.

Probleem stelling

Project Interactive is a new company. Because Project Interactive is a new company the management wants a business plan and a Market Analysis. Their has to set goals for the coming

years. The business plan will be made for three oraganisation

1: Banks for future loans.

2: Management of ABJL & Partners and Project Interactive so that a path to success is made

3: Investors for large investments if needed

The doelen for the business plan;

Ð'* To backup a loan application

Ð'* Eveluta new products, promotion and expancion of the company

Ð'* Een effectieve manieren ontwikkelingen om grote klanten aan te trekken.

Ð'* Aantal nodige klanten om winst gevend te zijn (break even analyse).

Informatie over het business plan

Bij het begin van het business plan was het idee om alleen maar grote bedrijven op Aruba en internationale bedrijven te benaderen. Maar dit zou te weinig inkomsten genereren om Project Interactive winstgevend te maken.

Daardoor was er tot de beslissing gekomen om markten ook te benaderen. De nieuwe markten zijn: kleine bedrijven en middel grote bedrijven met een kleine budget.

Het business plan heeft bewezen dat de web designers sneller moeten werken. Dit zal waarschijnlijk gebeuren nadat ze meer ervaring hebben opgelopen. De tijd moet goed bijgehouden worden. Er is al een stap
