To be honest, before I started P.E I didn't really acknowledge being fit. I wasn't aware of what being fit really meant. More along the lines of what it's "stereotyped" to be (being skinny, working out and losing weight.) However, during these past couple weeks I've come to realize that being fit is so much more. It changes your life completely in many ways. It gives you a whole different outlook on life, makes you more aware and happy; makes simple every day activities anything but a chore. Being fit is vital, especially at my age where as I can be doing so much more with myself. And this, is what I plan to do. To be fit, not just for this semester - but for the long run.

Of course, It's easy to talk. Looking at my results just proves that I am VERY out of shape, actually my BMI is at 18 which states that "It's time to reduce your chance of developing health-problems." I will try! I won't be too disappointed if I don't get it straight on, but as long as I know I've pushed myself till I could no longer push.

My strongest test was the alternate wall toss, I was able to throw 11. Maybe it might not be much, but I went at a pretty fast pace and didn't miss any of the balls; I'll be sure to try better when we do this again. After all these tests, you can say that it will take a while for me to work my way up. What do I plan to do? Just try and set goals, be motivated. It's not just for the semester mark, it's for my well-being in life. I know that once the warm-ups everyday get more and more repetitive, I will get better. I hope that my next results will bring out the better in myself. The
