Hi,

My name is John Max Nikhare. I have worked in Microsoft Corporation for more than 10 years. I started to work with them in India and later moved to USA to explore new possibilities. I have grown with the organization. Now, I have been promoted as Executive VP of Gaming devices - Xbox department.

I believe in out of the box thinking. There can be more than one way of solving a puzzle. Taking a shortest path or easiest path might not be best way to grow the business and be successful in life. It is strategic planning and its execution, which would help to face challenges and sense of accomplishment of the project. Imagination has no limits. I believe if you trust your strengths, you can shape up your imagination to reality.

I want imaginations to convert into reality. Using the concept of virtual reality, I want to build Xbox capable of playing games in the virtual world. Games will not be played on TV screens but on optical glasses strapped to the gamer’s eyes. It will convert your living room into gaming arena. Optical glass will create gaming images and gamers will feel as if they are living in the game world itself.

I enjoy gaming and working in gaming industry. I personally believe that I possess a combination of skills and experience which helps me in delivering the best results. I have successfully delivered multiple cross functional projects. In my professional life, I have developed strong motivational and team building skills. My leadership strategies and extensive familiarity with the industry will be proved decisive and handy to develop virtual reality project.
