Re: Answers and Announcements Regarding the Completion of Plaza Revolution

I am cheerful to inform all of you that the renovation of Wesley’s Plaza is on schedule and all renovations will be completed by the beginning of November. Thank you for your patience throughout this year, please trust us that it is worth to spend your time waiting for the completion of the renovation!

We have received three questions that you asked regarding the renovation, and this memo will answer those questions as well as provide updates on what we are going to do after the renovation is completed.

1. Will the renovations be complete by the end of November, in time for the holidays?

Yes, the renovations of Wesley’s Plaza will be completed with enough time left before the end of November. Regarding to the coming busy season, it is certain that all construction work will be clear from the mall and parking areas will be ready. Please watch for the last improvements in the coming weeks:

• Work crews will install fine tiled marble in front of the elevators, giving the lobby a fresh and elegant look.
• As an ending project to complete the renovations, a large and beautiful contemporary marble water fountain will be built in the lobby, which will provide an area for shoppers to sit and relax with the soothing sound of water in the background.

1. When will the west end of the plaza lobby be open to merchants?

The west end of the plaza lobby will be open to merchants start from the 9th in October.

However, only tenants and limited employees will have access to their storage areas. To do so, please follow the instructions blow:

• Submit a list of approved employees to Wesley so that he can give it to the contractor.

• Include only key employees on your list, and they should be at least 18 years old and a full-time worker.

• Convey to your employees that the steps and floors are still uneven as the contractors continue laying marble tiles there, and the large water fountain is also a work in progress, which can cause danger to whom approaching it.
• These final works will not be finished until the end, so for your safety, please keep using caution when moving through the west end of the lobby until all the work in done.

1. Will merchants be able to maintain their normal store operating hours for the remainder of the renovations?

Yes, you will be able to maintain their normal store operating hours through the remainder of the renovation. All major work will be scheduled after 9 PM, so you can keep your regular hours of business from now through the holiday season.

Grand Opening on November 20!

On November 20, before Thanksgiving, we will hold a grand opening to celebrate the completion of the renovations. You and your families are invited to come to the celebration! A lot of free pizza, cupcakes, and fruit punch will be offered, and Bruno Mars and Adele will come and perform to us. Sounds exciting! Right? Come and enjoy!
