Kingston Data Recovery Service

Kingston is hereby offering its customers data recovery services for Flash Media devices. The terms of this offer are at Kingston's sole discretion and subject to change without notice.

Kingston does not provide any warranties related to this service. If your data is extremely important we strongly recommend that you seek a professional data recovery service. Please note that Kingston's success rate for recovering data is approximately fifty percent.

Kingston offers two plans for data recovery service. Please indicate below which of the following plans you prefer. The Kingston technician will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you will need to reference when sending us your Flash Media device. You will have the option of receiving a replacement part, subject to the terms and conditions of your Flash Media product's warranty statement.

Plan # 1

Return the Flash Media device and have a replacement product sent to you right away. This will result in the inability of Kingston to return the defective product regardless of whether data is recovered or not. You will not receive your defective flash product back.

Plan # 2

Return the Flash Media device and wait for replacement until data recovery has been completed. If we are unable to recover the data we will send you the defective device to you so that you may try 3rd party recovery else where.

You will not receive a new replacement until you send the defective device back to Kingston.
