Wall Street Towers consists of eight contiguous acres in downtown Las Vegas. The cross streets are; Western Ave. and Wall Street. Eventually Western Ave. will be turned into Grand Central Parkway, which will connect to Charleston providing easy access to the Outlet Mall, Government Center, World Market Center and the 61 acre project being developed by The Related Group.

Wall Street Towers is located next to Charleston and the 15 Freeway. It is also within one mile of the following landmarks:

- Premium Outlet Mall (Which currently has the highest per sq.ft

of any mall in the United States)

- World Market Center (Currently has 1 million sq ft. of in operation and has begun construction on an additional 11 million sq ft to be completed within the next six years. All 12 million sq. ft have been leased and are awaiting completion.

Adjacent to the World Market Center is 61 acres currently being developed by the Related Group based in New York City. Related has proposed and been approved by the City of Las Vegas for the following projects: Major League Baseball Stadium, Frank Gehry designed Alzheimer's Clinic, New IRS building, Performing Arts Center and a New City of Las Vegas government center; all being located within walking distance. Wall Street Towers location is unheard of in the real estate investment market today.

Wall Street Towers will be a true mixed-use project consisting of 2500 condominium units within 4 towers at 660 ft. high. Studios are price from $275,000; one and two bedrooms priced from the mid $500,000 and penthouses offered at over one million dollars. Actually making it one of the more affordable high-rises in an extremely anxious market working towards the Manhattanization of Las Vegas.

Views will be unobstructed from every condominium whether you are facing the Major League Ballpark and all of downtown or facing the other direction with views of The Stratosphere all the way down to Mandalay Bay. It will be a full-service condo/high-rise including pools, spas, Jacuzzi's, fitness center, gym, a clubhouse and maid service available.
