If you were to asks a large population of different ethnic background, income, and education; you would get different meanings of the word "Culture" in fact most would give you the definition of Ethnicity. Culture is defined as: "the totality of socially transmitted behavior patterns, arts, beliefs, institutions, and all other products of human work and thought" (http://www.starware.com) Ethnicity is defined as: "Ethnic character, origin, background, or affiliation."(http://www.starware.com). If you drive 30 minutes to the Southwest and enter the Bellaire Region you would notice that the Public language is Asian; even the Streets are listed in some form of Asian language. English use to be the spoken language many years ago, but politics has changed that. When you buy a new computer, stereo, or anything else it explains the directions in all major languages that are used in the United States.

The Middle East is a good example of an area where its people are prisoners of their culture. They have laws that prohibit change, some of these laws are the denial of education for females; females driving automobiles; females exposing skin; not being able to practice whatever faith they want to believe in; and the introduction
