Tom Clancy

Tom Clancy was actually an insurance provider up until eighteen years ago. He had only written two things an article about a new missile and a letter to the editor of a magazine when he decided to write the book The Hunt For Red October. He had gotten his college major in English from Loyola College in Baltimore. His first book was The Hunt For Red October. This was the story of a Russia submarine captain who wanted to defect to the United States (and who can blame him, we have nachos the Russians don't). The book sold very well because it recvied really good reviews from critics and then found its self on the New York times best sellers list. He has continued tow write books ever since some of his best sellers have included The Bear and the Dragon, Rainbow Six, Executive orders, Red Rabbit and Red Strom rising, Patriot Games. He has also worked with other authors too make other book series one of which is the popular Ops center; he has also made a mini-series for NBC called net-force. He is the writer of two movies as well the sum of all fears, which is about a nuclear weapon going off in Baltimore when a terrorist group try to make it so the Russians and the united states will go to war, and his original movie was based off his best selling book The hunt for red October which was titled the same the movie came out to great reviews.
