The Temptations is a true story based on a group of boys named Otis Williams, Paul Williams, Eddie Kendricks, Melvin Franklin, and David Ruffin, who became the Eligins and then became the Temptations. This group was very special and unique. They were special and unique because of their finely tuned choreography, distinct harmonies, and stylish suits. The Temptations had two producers named Berry Gordy and Shelly Berger. The Temptations record company was named Motown records. Berry Gordy was the producer of Motown Records. The Primettes became the Supremes. This event happened in Detroit, Michigan. When Al was kicked out of the group, he was replaced with David Ruffin. Shelly Berger was the producer for the Temptations. The Motown machine was a project that Motown Records was working the Temptations with. The most five popular songs were My Girl, Papa Was a Rolling Stone, Ain't Too Proud Too Beg, Just My Imagination, and Cloud Nine. After the Temptations became successful, they moved to Los Angelos. A crossover is when they changed their style. Paul Williams was the first to die, he was drinking and shot himself in the head. Otis Williams is the only one in the group is still living. What led to the

destruction of the Temptations was when some of the people in the group was getting "big-headed"over the money and when some of the people got introduced to drugs and alcohol. The best thing about this movie was the entire thing. In every song that the Temptations there was a story begin told. The sadest part of the movie is when the Temptations started to die. When I say this I mean when the group members start doing bad things and started to die. Groups and music has changed from the past and future styles. Back in the day, groups use to really sing ,but today so of these people really cannot

sing. The music back in the day was music that every body could listen to and it told a story. But most the music thats out today everybody cannot

listen to it because there is a lot of violence going on and most of it do not tells a story.
