        The scope of the study is between coffee shop located in the University belt in Manila, example are Starbucks El Taza Mi Café and Coffee Bean. Were in the study you will know what will be the reaction of the clients and people who are buying coffee product in that area. The Delimitations of the study will focus only for the Students, Professors, Teenagers and Professional who are willing to participate in this study within the University Belt.

Significance of the Study

        The Significance of the study is to introduce a new kind of coffee shop that will cater all kinds of people where in they buy coffee is one of the most important commodity in the market now. The study is about El Taza Mi Café new coffee shops that sell the best coffee in town with a great ambience and place. This coffee shop will not only sells the best coffee and pastries in the place but they will also try to sell out they signature new ambience inspired by Spanish style of location which is very popular right now to the all kinds of people. An alternative kind of coffee shop compared to the conventional kind of shop you will see around the corner. We do hope that with great place and ambience it will create a kind of market for selling coffee and pastries at the new high.

        The menu of the El Taza Mi Cafe coffee shop will be built around espresso-based coffee drinks such as lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, etc. Each of the espresso-based drinks will be offered with whole, skimmed, or soy milk. Each of these coffee beverages is based on a 'shot' of espresso, which is prepared in the espresso machine by forcing heated water through ground coffee at high pressure. Such espresso shots are combined with steamed milk and/or other additives like cocoa, caramel, etc., to prepare the espresso-based beverages.

        The price range of the products by El Taza Mi Café is very affordable. In the sense that many of the people such like the students can afford the price of the products. It will cater from middle class to the students who love to drink and eat pastries in the café.
