        The Delta Ahec offers counseling services to help educate you on how to build a healthy, respectful relationship.  We all have the rights to be respected in a relationship, and they have services to help you to understand that you have to give respect inorder to get respect.

        Also, they have a service  thats called Delta Crisis Center.  The Delta Crisis Center is there to help people who are being abused sexually or physically.  Anyone that is in an abusive relationship can call the 24 hour hotline number: 1-800-977-5776 or email deltacrisiscenter@gmail.com and speak with their crisis operator and everything is totally confidential. The Delta Crisis Center is located at 1393 Highway 243 South, Helena- West Helena, Arkansas 72390.

        Next, there is the Angels of Grace Battered Women's Shelter and Anna's Place are a division of The Family Center, Incorporation which is a nonprofit corporation located on 406 Pecan Street, Helena, Arkansas 72342.  If you are a battered woman, never feel like you are alone, although domestic violence is usually hidden it is very common.  Regardless of race, sex, age, sexual orientation, economic status or physical size, someone you know is or have been a victim of domestic violence.

         Angels Of Grace is there to help you with short term shelter, food, clothing, assistance with order of protection, family counseling, individual counseling, financial literacy, and many more services at no cost.  If you prefer to call their number is 1-870-338-8447 or you can call their hotline number at 1-877-572-9530.  Their team consist of trained professionals, Medical Director, Licensed Psychological Examiners, Certified Psychiatric Nurses, Licensed Certified Social Workers, Licensed Professional Couselors, and Mental Help Paraprofessionals.  You can also sign up for their newsletter at AOG_HOPE@yahoo.com.  Also, April is National Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Prevention Month.
