Within effective working teams conflict always seems to happen. There are many types of conflicts that exist, such as emotional conflict. This is what physiologists refer to as an A-type conflict. Emotional conflict is someone that takes criticism personally, or is always on the defensive. ... Other types of conflict exist within working teams, and team members must be able to identify these personalities. ... These are the individuals who add constructive criticism and stimulation to the working team. ...
