This report describes the progress our team has made since our last progress report on February 6, 2011
Background: Our team is communicating to complete their tasks which held to them within last two years .
As the table we finished so far Phases 1,2 by distributing our team to communicate the supliers .
Action Items Completed: In preparation for this assignment, each member of our team was assigned particular tasks and completed phases 1 & 2 .
o Omar: locate and identify local suppliers of the heavy equipments and prepare suppliers list.
o Omar: contact the suppliers and prepare contract with preferred suppliers.
o Advisor Nicolas : Supervise and approve the suppliers commitment to the contract
The methods what we used is return damaged which was so helpful to close all lacks on our plan implementation and monitor everything to finish as scheduled.
Initiative Evaluation:
Three of the local major suppliers offered to provide an online program for the company since they have a programming department. This could be linked to the procurement of the desktop computers and gain a lower cost and time saving other than looking for programming companies to provide the company with new programs.

As we planned earlier 2009 the cost we spend is: 202,800 AED
