RE: Case # 05-CV-015821-C

Dear Mr. District Attorney,

My case was brought before Judge Willis, July 15th, 2005. I am writing to you at this late date because prior to this I lacked the mental capacity to address this issue properly. Unfortunately, at the time of the hearing I could not communicate my thoughts correctly due to my mental state and illness. I had an accident January 2005, where I was hospitalized for 4 weeks. 3 of the 4 weeks I was in a state of INCOHERENT DELIRIUM which left me mentally and emotionally unstable for the better part of the past 2 years. But it was this event that marks the beginning of what almost cost me my life.

Their deliberate omission of certain facts and alteration of evidence presented was successful in breeching the integrity of his honors court. IÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦m sure (or I choose to believe) Judge Willis was totally unaware of any unethical tactics preformed by Mr. Cirac.

I can prove that the Manager of the trailer park, where my trailer once occupied, SET ME UP for the sole purpose of acquiring the lot for her gain, with the help of professional foul play of their attorney. The particulars are far to lengthy to present here. It is my hope that you will be able to justify a meeting with me for further events which when put together form a clear vision of the malice intentions toward me.

For now, IÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦d like to present evidence of Perjury committed and executed under oath. These lies cost me my mental health, my home and my business. I lost EVERYTHING that confirms a personÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s reasons for existence from the actions of the management of the trailer park I lived in.

Some of these documents presented herein were present at the hearing and are marked with **.

The morning of the hearing and as we were finding our seats Judge Willis entered the room. After giving the room a quick once over his honor focused on Mr. Cirac (the attorney for the plaintiff), his honor said, Ð'ÐŽÐ'§HelloÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё to him and asked him what he had going on. Cirac replied, Ð'ÐŽÐ'§Trafficking, Your HonorÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё. Ð'ÐŽÐ'§Awe, are the rents in the rears?Ð'ÐŽÐ'Ё his honor asked and Mr. Cirac replied, Ð'ÐŽÐ'§NoÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё and his honor added, Ð'ÐŽÐ'§They never areÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё.

This brief prelude to the proceedings were not only a lie but tainted his honorÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s judgment (in my opinion) before we even began. I was there under the pretext of breaking the Agreement I was forced to sign by way of a threat from Mr. Cirac back in February 2005.

After we were sworn in and the witnesses left the room, Mr. Cirac called his first witness, Mr. Zerkle.

In ZerkleÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s testimony he said that he witnessed 2 computers, 2 TVs and a chain saw going to my house and he never saw them come out.

Referring to Exhibit Ð'ÐŽÐ'§AÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё ** Ð'ÐŽV Diagram of Park and Exhibit Ð'ÐŽÐ'§BÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё Ð'ÐŽV Aerial Shot of Park supplied by Google which shows the accuracy of the diagram.

By this statement you might envision 5 separate visitors to my home. In reality it was 2 computers with their monitors. I only allowed a couple of my closest friends to drive up to the house all others had to park in the Ð'ÐŽÐ'§Visitor Parking AreaÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё out in the Rite Aide parking lot, so they had to walk in and in these 2 incidents made 2 trips. I admitted that in the last quarter of 2004 I repaired 2 friendsÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦ computers and when I was finished with them I myself returned them. As for the chain saw I have no idea what he was talking about. But it could be that someone had barrowed Jerry #1 (my next door neighborÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s) chain saw, which I myself have had occasion to barrow as well. But this is where the misleading statements begin.

Within ZerkleÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s testimony he stated that he uses a cart to move around on. He also was asked if he could see my house from his home, he answered, Ð'ÐŽÐ'§Yes and from the mail boxesÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё (which are located caddy corner from his house to the northwest) I have circled the mail boxes and labeled the home owners. These should prove that from these positions Zerkle said he could see my house from his is obviously a lie. Let alone; see my front door to witness anyone coming or going is also a lie.

As you can see anyone coming to my house has to turn onto the common driveway Jerry #1 and I shared and both our houses have entries at the opposite end of that driveway leading to were we respectively park our vehicles. Jerry #1 parks in a carport and that is where he also keeps his equipment. So itÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s this route that anyone barrowing his chain saw would return it to.

Zerkle also said that he was awake at odd hours (referring to his sleepless nights due to pain from his back). He also said he witnessed Ð'ÐŽÐ'§Low LifeÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё coming and going to my house.

He did not refer to time frames when he witnessed this activity but he had pointed out he was awake at different times at night. It is very possible that what he saw was people hopping the fence from the motel on the other side of the chain link fence that separates that property from me and my neighbor Jerry #1. Jerry and I have had trouble through out the years from these intruders and have also had property stolen from our outer buildings (sheds). We installed motion flood lights to this area to hopefully keep them out, but ya canÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦t fool them all.

For Zerkle to see anyone visiting me or Jerry he would have to be standing or riding his cart beyond the point IÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦ve marked on the map as the Ð'ÐŽÐ'§Vantage PointÐ'ÐŽÐ'Ё at the entrance to the common driveway.
