I choose to watch the "Losing Isaiah" (1995)

One of the potential effects of Fetal Cocaine Exposure is damage to the heart. In addition to Neurobehavioral effects of offspring's born to a mother with history of cocaine abuse, have high incidence of congenital cardiovascular malformation.

This movie is about an infant whose mother is addicted to cocaine, puts the baby Isaiah into a box and goes in the store to shoplift. After leaving the store Isaiah's mom forgets he is in the box and takes off. He was put up for adoption, and a social worker and her husband took him. Being a baby born addicted, Isaiah had emotional and behavioral issues. His biological mother never cuddled him and his father was not in the picture. His adopted parents loved and nurtured him. Even with the love he was being given he still had bouts of anger and would have tantrums. His new mom would just hold him close until he calmed down.
