Globalization has resulted in increased of global traveling where people now doing their business and other stuff not only around their house, but also in different cities and other countries. Nowadays, demand for airlines is increasing slightly, where everybody usually uses for traveling.

However, some people start disappointed because they have to take a long queue for check-in in the airport. Some of them get the trouble with their payment, where people feel not convenience to bring many cash just for buy a flight ticket. Other problem comes up with destination that people have to take just for buy flight ticket; on the other hand, they have to take another way to go to the airport. It is not easy way and also not convenience.

That is the reason why Infinity Airline comes to the public as the most convenience Airline and later, this company will also concentrate to make peoples destination will be infinity. Infinity Airline is come up with EASY 3P, which is easy purchase, easy payment and easy pass check-in. Globalization has resulted in an increase of global traveling. In 1995, the numbers of Asia Pacific passengers increased up to 7.6% to 358 billion. Air travel is likely doubling 5-6% annual increase over the next 15 years (Commerzbank). Since Malaysia is now categorize as the second world country, global trade becomes very crucial for Malaysian. There is now a big competition between airlines companies offering low fare and other services, especially in domestic flights.

From now on, there is a new airline company that understands what most people need to fly. There is no people who want to waiting for a long queue in the airport for check-in, no people want to bring many cash just for pay flight ticket, and no people want to putted in the waiting list while order a ticket airline. That is the reason a new airline company as the most convenience and infinity airline, come to the public, which is Infinity Airline, with motto, "Easy fly to Infinity."

Infinity Airline is a new company that was established in August 5th 2004 with more than 20 destination domestic and international flight. Pilots that have been working in this airline are minimum 5 years experience on fly and big people who work behind the desk are mostly experienced with the best international company before and have much experienced in airlines fields. Prices that provided is so competitive that it beats other budget airlines, and will prove to be a main factor in having an edge over other airline competitors.

As people know that Infinity Airlines just established recently, no strength that this airline can said to the public. There are also few points that Infinity Airline Company has to consider about, which is how safety this airline and cooperative internal management. The effectiveness of management control is the one that people are still concerned about. As people know that how groups communicate is as important as the knowledge each center of excellence may have (Quinn, et al 1996). That is why Infinity always improves the training for all employees with the intention of work together being the best.

As people can read the company motto which is "Easy fly to Infinity", there are two big things that Infinity Airline is concentrating about. First, is about our convenience and secondly, our infinity, which is our destination around the world. Of course, Infinity must note that it is crucial for us to ask, "How safety is this Airline?" Infinity Airline is equipped with five new Airbus 282 for domestic flight and three new Boeings 737 for international flights completed with the "Certificate of Safety Airlines" which has been already approved by The German Airlines Association.

The first point that Infinity Airline concentrate about is convenience. This company always focuses on how to make people convenience and easy to flight with us. That is the reason why Infinity Airline provides EASY 3P, easy purchase, easy payment and easy pass check-in. Easy purchase means that people can buy Infinity flight ticket in every travel agent in Malaysia and overseas. The one that will make people love flying with Infinity is because our company provides the one that called "Infinity Fly Machine." With this machine, people can buy ticket easily as easy as people buy a can of drink in finding machine. Just choose the menu, flight destination and paid with credit card or ATM card that people have. This machine is provided in almost every Infinity office and Airport in Malaysia and also in every International Infinity office and Airport overseas.

Second P is about easy payment. People can pay their ticket with credit card and also ATM card. If the bank that people use is Commonwealth Bank, there is one menu option for Infinity ticket payment
