My Reaction to the Speech

MLK- Reaction Paper

My reaction to the speech is very in depth of how he was in tuned with his spirit and the fact that he knew he was going to die soon. I felt that everything that he was talking about was that about himself which the fact he died the next day lets me know that it makes since to why he was under the weather. I like when he said "Almighty God said to him Martin Luther King which age would you like to live in?" and he went on to say he wanted to start in Egypt and keep going until he reached the half of the 20 century. What I get from that statement was that he knew it was his time to go because I guess he felt that he has filled his civil duties and he had made a name for himself.

He says that we are all God's children and we all need to stick together. What he was letting everyone know that even though he knew he is close to the end of his life that even when he is gone and there is no one here to keep speaking for them. Always still remain a unity don't stop fighting just because he is gone march together, keep the issues where they are, don't let mace stop them and make sacrifices for one another to get a victory that they what to achieve.
