Modern rock is always has been the voice of many youth in every case. Rock music changes and strengthens their moods, alter attitudes and affect behaviors, provide much of their slang by controlling their conversations and give the ambiance at their common gathering. Music behaviors provide representation for how they operate and dress.

As a result of modern rock music it has been criticized for humiliating the minds of today's youth in the society. Rock is blamed for surrounding satanic communication that forces the feeling of suicides and mysterious followings. The voice of the youth may be spoken through their physical actions or act like the lines of the lyrics or mimic the videos in a way of performing or dressing.

This is an example of what happened in Columbine High School in Littleton, two teenagers killed 12 of their peers, a teacher, and themselves. The Littleton killers adore shock-rocker Marilyn Manson, The specifics of these and other instances of youth violence parallel the music these boys addicted. Manson settles on revenge and violence against the matters of his extreme dislike. In one song, he says he will shoot the next bully who bothers him.

Music is as powerful as television for youth people in general. Modern rock music reflects what the young listeners may in account. From my point of view, the rock music may pull towards more young listeners because this might possibly generate more violence and adore. However, on the other hand this might possibly expanse the classical listeners.

It is suitable to state that modern rock music has not been a figure or type of music that correspond to one of the many voices of the youth. Each individual has an independent mind in which they express themselves, whether by accomplishment, action, act or speech. In high school it is observable that not all students dress and speak in the same way. Nevertheless, these variations may lead to misunderstandings that may rise to physical aggression, thus evidently showing the differentiation amongst youth and the ways in which they articulate themselves.
