As the world progress different leaders are needed to handle our daily situations and look for our future. Most of the leaders discussed during class are successful for their character, inspiration, and their vision to change the future towards the better.

All jobs require a leader, however a leader in one industry may not be successful in another. For example, place Hitler or Hassan Nasrallah to be the president of the US. I am certain that due to his lack of education, clear vision and difference in goals that he would fail to lead. Even though he was aggressive and demanding, he treated all his employees the way a father treats his children. His philosophy of his company was Love, Justice, discipline and respect. On Wednesdays he held a company wide meeting that everyone called "Church" and talked in front of 400 employees and a camera inspiring them for 45 minutes. On my first meeting I sat in the back row waiting for his entrance. While he entered the hall and walked just passed me, he recognized my new face and turned, shook my hand as a welcome to the company. I was inspired that I was recognized on my first meeting between 400 other faces. During the meeting he allowed the participation of all employees to talk about anything from politics to safety, he always
