Kaha is a firm for Preserved Foods, which is the first company, established in Egypt in the field of packaging, a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Food Industries, Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, was established in 1940, and began its way by one factory in Qaliubiya As the factory of the Egyptian Food 'Kaha ' In February 1962, it was re-established as an Egyptian joint stock after the addition of several factories to it and integrates them into a single company under the sign and the name' Al-Nasr Company for Preserved Foods' Kaha 'It is worth to mention that the company Kaha played an important role in providing foods for armed forces during attrition and October war. In 1991, the company became subject to the provisions of business law, and the company name was changed to be ‘Kaha’ for Preserved Foods, and now it owns seven factories.

The Company’s Factories

(1) Kaha factory

It is the largest one as it includes integrated factories group, and it was created in 1970. It includes the production of beverages lines, jams and Alkambot, tomato sauce, canned vegetables, production of freezers, pickles and attached to a refrigerator at the highest level to save and frozen products as well as a range of workshops such as turning, blacksmithing, carpentry and auto repair shops.

(2) Empty cans

it was created in 1970 , and located in kaha . It includes the production of empty cans and the printing and covering.

(3) Concentration factory

It was created in 2000, and located in kaha . It includes the process of products concentrations and raw fruits  .

(4) tabya factory

It was created in 1965, and located in tabya - alexandria. It includes the production of beverages lines, jams and Alkambot, tomato sauce, canned vegetables.

(5) abo kebeer factory

It was created in 1967, and located in abo-kebeer - el-sharkya . It includes the production of beverages lines, jams and Alkambot, tomato sauce, canned vegetables.

(6) el tahreer factory

It was created in 1962, and located in badr city - el-behyra . It includes the production of beverages lines, fruits drinks , canned vegetables .

(7) al korean factory

It was created in 1973, and located in al korean - el-sharkya . It includes the production of beverages lines, artificial syrup and dehydrated dates.  It was created in 1973, and located in al korean - el-sharkya .
