"James and the Giant Peach"

The reason that I picked James and the Giant Peach is because it sounded interesting, also because I like made up stories, and finally because I like new books to read. James Trotter a four-year old boy who lived with his mom and dad, until they went to the city one day where a terrible tragedy took place. His mom and dad were eaten by a rhinoceros who'd escaped from the Zoo. It turns out that was much less painful then what James was going to have to go through.

James was forced to go live with his aunt's, Aunt Spiker and Aunt Sponge, who were very cruel and should never have been allowed to care for a young boy. James, after three years of being alone, escaped into a fantasy world where he had friends and fun.

James was cutting weeds one day and staring off into the distance where he could barely see his old home, where he was so happy living with his mom and dad. He meet a guy who gave him magic seeds. The magic seeds fell to the ground, and a peach tree began to grow, it grew and grew and grew some more until it was the size of a small house. It got so big, that people came around to see it, than they put a fence around it so nobody could get to it.

One day, Aunt Spiker and Aunt Sponge made James go outside to clean up the trash and the banana peels, which he was very happy to do, because he was glad to get away from his cruel, heartless, boring aunts. As he was cleaning around the Giant Peach, he noticed a small hole in it. James looked closer and realized he could squeeze in there. He crawled into the hole in the Giant Peach and noticed a small door. He opened the door and looked inside, than he went in through the door. Once inside he saw a grasshopper, a ladybug, a spider, a centipede, a silkworm, a earthworm and a firefly with no wings, which is also called a glowworm.

One day the Giant Peach started moving and it broke off the branch it was on and rolled down the hill. Aunt Spiker and Aunt Sponge were outside selling tickets to all the people who wanted to see the Giant Peach, when they saw the Giant Peach coming for them, they ran for their lives but they got run over by it! The Giant Peach kept rolling until it hit a chocolate factory and chocolate went flowing everywhere, some of the kids even tried to swim in the chocolate.
