Q1. Name something you've done in the last year that you believe you handled well and how you handled it.

A1. In the last year I have worked a full time job, went to school full time at night all while being a mother of a two year old. I believe this shows major dedication, responsibility, and time management as character traits that I possess. I've set a goal for my self to graduate with my B.S. in May of 2008 I believe goals are motivators and I've obviously been motivated.

Q2. What three words would your current employer use to describe you?

A2. Dedicated, Responsible, Detail Oriented.

Q3. Why have you chosen you the career path that you are currently pursuing?

A3. I chose my current career path because I love all aspects of business. Ever since I was a little girl I've pretended to be running one business or another. So I guess you can say I'm pursuing my dream "job". I love working with people, I enjoy numbers, and I love to find ways to motivate people into doing great jobs.

Q4. What is your greatest Weakness?

A4. I believe my greatest weakness is that I constantly have to be doing something, I hate down time. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and deadlines motivate me. If I run out of something to do I'm asking co-workers if they've got anything for me to do or I have found myself creating new jobs for myself.

Q5. Do you consider yourself successful?

A5. Yes I do consider myself successful. I hope however to create larger successes for myself in the near future. Graduating college and working for a successful company are some of my future goals.
