➢ Currently working in Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd, from 04 may 2009 to till date as a Technical Supervisor in Cell culture Rabies Vaccine unit.

Worked in Swine flu H1N1 vaccine development team and become a first Indian H1N1 influenza vaccine launching firm.

job responsibilities:

➢ Filtration of influenza raw virus harvest.

➢ Concentration and Diafiltraion by Tangential Flow Filtration for purification of influenza virus.

➢ Purification of influenza H1N1 vaccine and cell culture rabies vaccine by density gradient zonal ultracentrifuge.

➢ Assist for inactivation of H1N1 influenza vaccine

➢ Clean in place (CIP) and sterilization in place (SIP) of purification and concentration vessels, inactivation vessels.

➢ Sterility testing, integrity testing.

➢ Participate in the audit such as DCGI, CRI, FDA, WHO.

➢ Filling BMR and accessory documents

➢ Coordination with other departments such as virus harvesting, media section, in process quality control and quality assurance.

➢ Microbial limit testing for finished product, raw material, purified water.
