CaNav Import/Export will be a start-up wholesale distribution company. This import/Export business will be run by owner Carlos Navarro as a Limited Liability Company. CaNav offers high quality products and provides excellent customer services for Paraguayan produced products. CaNav will offer these products imported directly from Paraguay, to big cities around the United States. The business will be located at Lisboa Este No. 10, Parana Country Club, Hernandarias, Paraguay. Our intent is to provide business opportunities for investors with unique Paraguayan products and merchandise.

The business will be financed with 5,000 dollars of owner's money and investor's money that will cover the demand quantity and agreed with the investors. Starting costs will be $22,500. Sales are estimated at 120,000 per year by the first year. A positive cash flow will be produced at the end of the first year. Our business will also give our clients a profit margin opportunity of 100% per unit and up, because of the low price and the luxury of these products, which will be a big motivation for our clients.

Paraguay is a small country located in the heart of South America. Paraguay is a developing country member of the MERCOSUR which has also friend relations with the United States, the European Union and few other trade programs agreement.

The New York City area and the surrounding states like Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Washington could be places where these unique "Paraguayan" products can be found, because of the amount of native Paraguayan people residing in these areas.

Objectives

CaNav's objectives are to:

* Achieve a profit in the first year

* Establish an import/export business relationship with investors in the United States.

* Provide high quality products and the best customer service at reasonable low price

* Achieve continuing growth every year, with implementation of new Paraguayan products and merchandises

* Increase average length of long-term customer relationships and decrease customer turnover.

The mission of CaNav Import/Export is to provide high quality Paraguayan made products to the United States market. Our company is willing to utilize necessary resources to ensure the success of our import/export venture. CaNav is also committed to providing in depth service to this market in terms of assistance in distribution, advertising, and promotion.

The overall goals are to create business opportunities in direct relationships with American investors. This will also create many jobs and business opportunities for our company, Paraguayan manufacturers of hand-made products, and also for the American people. Over 5000 artisans around Paraguay make a living with their skill by creating these extraordinary and unique products.

CaNav will encounter investors and strategic contacts around the United States that will lead our company to success.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

The Craft industry is something that not a high percentage of people focus on. However, the craft industry in Kentucky "alone," regarding American made products contributes 252 million dollars in annual sales, and is recognized as a model for its craft programs and its role in the $14 billion national craft industry.

Nevertheless, when we talk about craft, we mean unique products from certain areas which will not be found in others. Importing Paraguayan 100% hand-made products to the U.S. we can widely see a relatively big business opportunity for our company and for our clients. Folklore and crafts products from other places and countries are gradually hard to find in the United States with not a whole lot of competition. Products can be distributed and sold in mostly big cities and big areas, where we se a higher standard of living, like malls, and galleries in metropolitan urban areas. Yet we are not rejecting business opportunity in small towns as well.

On these areas, our products will be seen and have access to about all those people interested in shopping for luxury items, which will give us the unique business opportunity.
