Essay 3, Draft 1

Elephant

   Half past three in the morning, I am awakened by a rustling voice. The sound source towards the kitchen. I can’t cook, so just some food box and dusty stack are on the hearth. The voice attracts me. I go to kitchen very quietly and open the door. I see a fuzzy shadow near the refrigerator, which is filled with my daily supplies. I suddenly open the lamp. The object is shocked and want to run away, but I stride forward and grab it. It’s an elephant? But it’s too small, and its skin is yellow like shit. Actually, I have never saw an elephant before. I just saw it on the book because elephant became extinct in 5 years ago. People find a type of element in the ivory. The element is very easy for people to make nuclear fusion, so people kill all of the elephant on the earth for peace. I feel strange. Some thinking flash on my mind very quietly. I seize ear of the small elephant, but the thing that I never think of happen. “It’s too painful. Let me go!” The little elephant can say mandarin. I immediately ask, “what are you? Where are you from? Why steal my food! Don’t you know if someone find you in my home, I will be killed!” I don’t know the little elephant is afraid or ashamed. It explains to me with crying, “Could you disentangle me? I am the last elephant on the earth. At the end of the holocaust, 5 as the leader of the elephant tribe make me born. They used their soul power make me, and I have infinite power. My mission is to make the race of elephant resurrected.” I loosen my hand and pour a cup of water. I have to think how to deal the thing.

   When people are in trouble, people will think about what they have first. I’m a computer engineering. Computer is my tool that I always use. Yes! Google! I should ask google! I go to my bedroom, leaving the elephant in the kitchen alone. I try to open a website, but no connection is showed on my screen. Unbelievable, internet as important as my life, I always pay many. I check all circuit, but can’t find problem. And then I try to call my friends to ask some help, but same results, no people answer me. A bad feeling come in my mind. Now is 8 o’clock. People should get up and go to work, why outside is so silence. I wear my jacket and shoes. I want to go outside to have a look, and keep thinking the problem in my kitchen. The shit elephant may hear my sound, going out kitchen follow me back. I don’t care him and just open the door of my house. Unfortunately, the next scene makes me freeze. A myriad of special forces in front of my door. In the sky several advanced aircraft are hovering. All guns point to me. At the this time elephants stand on my side,  a deep vice tell to me, “I can give your power.”
