In a web catalog Revenue Model, the seller establishes a brand image that conveys quality at a low cost. Customers can order through the company website or by phone. This model is adapted by many companies and represented a niche market for companied like Dell. Moreover, Acer, Hp. Apple, BestBuy, Circuit City, Radio Shack are using such methods to conduct business online. E-commerce offers to the people the availability of the product they want in a practical way. Amazon.com and other Publishing companies have found out that is it really effective. Apparel sellers have also adopted the web catalog revenue model and provide their goods over the internet. Bebe and Gap are just a few examples. There are companied which also make the use of a virtual models which can help people try clothes on different body structures. When it comes to luxury goods, people get e bit skeptical about buying online that is why many designers site like Versace and Vera Wang and Diesel are purely informative web sites and there is no shopping involved. Still these types of websites are designed in such a way to convey the new fashion trends and can contribute to the increase of revenue for traditional outlets that sell their products or services. Advertising-supported revenue model another form that can make business generate revenues. It is mostly employed by TV networks worldwide. When it comes to marketing new areas of advertisement are also being discovered. The web is another platform that is largely used for products promotion. Yahoo! is an example. Its operation rely on advertisement revenues and its primary goal it to connect people with products. Lycos, MSN, AOL are employing the same strategies; they serve as search engines that link users to their searched products or services which are in turn offered by companies that pay Web directories such as YAHOO! for their advertising. The same logic is the foundation of many employment sites like Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com. They do offer employment ads or other employment information in a targeted banner that can attract people attention. These sites accept payment by the companies that offer their positions online
