America is viewed by its residences in many different perspectives it can be a nightmare to be able to survive in this country, or in an instant you can become a greater power house to our country. In America many people gain power and respect by the money they have and the connections they have made, in this perspective you can live wealthy and happy until the day you die. America's basis is on freedom and is a wonderful place to be whether your in the north or south, but America is the same as a whole and each individual part of America is different.

Some different parts about America are high and lower class citizens. It is hard to be a lower class citizen, living in a high crime neighborhood trying to earn money for college and support your family at the same time. I think you have to work harder than a person more "well off" because we can get stuff just handed to us if we ask for it rather than have to work hard for it. I know that I am very lucky to have my parents that can fully support me in everything I do. They make me want to be like them for my own kids if I ever decide to have any children in the far future. I know that my life is a lot easier than other peoples life's because I haven't always lived in the nicest environment. If I ever do have children I want to make sure they grow up in a good environment and both my spouse and myself are ready for parenting.

I don't want my kids living where I used to live in South Carolina. I grew up in S.C. at a small town called Monks Corner and my family bred horses for a living. It made an ok living and it was nice living in the country, but I always wanted to live in a city and meet new people. When I was around 11 I wanted to experience more in the world; I knew I was still really young, it's just I was adventurous about my world around me. South Carolina had a very diverse community and it was reflected in the school system as well. The school was called Berkeley Middle School and is very different from George Mason High School. My old school groups tended to stay with there own race; there wasn't a lot of ethnical blending and that is something I find very different from the north and south. From experiencing these two extremes of America I've realized that all of America isn't the same and I like my new home in Virginia.

I believe Virginia is a great place to make friends and experience your young adulthood life. It has renowned schools and people can make many new connections and get involved in programs that can benefit everyone in the near future. A good example of this is one day I was helping my dad with his new business here in Virginia that he started and I met the Chief Executive Officer of M.C.I. a telecommunications company, Michael Capellas and we started talking about college and other future plans of mine and after that I started interning for him. It turned out real well. I learned about business management and other really good traits to know for working in the growing America. I think this is one of the beautiful things about America is the many different things you can do here and experience.

America so far has been a great place for me to live, and I think it is a beautiful and thriving country that is blossoming every moment of everyday. There are new connections between people each day and there are also connections lost. I believe that America is the backbone of many different parts of the world. America can be a place of comfort to those who don't have a home from what the Statue of Liberty states "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses, yearning to breath free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore, Send these, the homeless, tempest tossed, I lift my lamp beside
