There should never be a time where we decide who dies and who doesn't. Who made us God? The Almighty is the only one who can make that kind of decision about anyone's life. We do need to get all appropriate documents filled and signed just in case we can not make this decision ourselves. We all have the right to die. We all should have the legal right to control the manner in which we die. Just because someone's circumstances have changed does not mean that their intrinsic values and personal dignity does. The terminally ill are a class of persons who need protection for family, social, and economic pressures, and who are often particularly vulnerable to certain pressures because of chronic pain, depression, and the effects of medication.

Dying is not something me or for many of us really looks forward to. Dying is a natural process that starts from the day we are conceived. Life is not easy and sometimes it does get tough. We know it is coming we just don't know when and we have to be ready when it does. I never thought of a living will till my daughter was born and now I know I have to for myself and my family. They should not have to go through the burden of whether to pull the plug or let me live in some unnatural way. A living will help with this issue.
