4. How to "walk it by yourself"

5. How to put it all together

II. Body

A. How to side step to the right

1. Side step to the right four times

B. How to side step to the left

1. Side step to the left four times

C. How to kick

1. Kick-step each foot in place four times

a. Alternate your feet starting with the right foot first

C. How to "walk it by yourself"

1. Twist in place with your knees together and bent pointing towards the right 1 count

2. Twist to the left side 1 count

3. Twist to the right again 1 count

4. Swing your entire body to now face left in 1 count

5. Twist in place using your knees from right to left for 4 counts

D. Putting it all together

1. Side step to the right four times

2. Side step to the left four times

3. Kick-step in place four times

4. Twist from right to left 3 counts

5. Turn your entire body to the left on 1 count
