Communicating Effectible Is

Communicating effectible is having a continuous, transactional process involving participants who occupy different but overlapping environments and create relationships though the exchange of messages, many of which are affected by external, physiological and psychological noise.

First, fifty years ago researchers view communication as a linear model, where a sender encodes ideas and feelings in a message and express them by channels; like speech or writing, into a receiver who decodes it. However, as we study more this process we realize that communicating to satisfy our social, physical, practical, and identity needs does not always require mutual understanding between communicators. We usually encode, send, receive, and decode messages simultaneously, and not in a back and forth manner suggested by the linear model. This process is known as the transactional communication model.

Second, A big obstacle for effective communications is noise. Noise is a term used by social scientist to describe any force that interferes with effective communication. There are three types of noise; external also known as physical, physiological and psychological. The physical noises are distractions or other factors around the receiver that make it difficult to hear. Physiological noises are biological factors like illness. Last, the psychological noise refers to forces within the communicator to express or understand a message accurately.

Last, environments play an important role in communication because help us understand others' behavior that refers not only to a physical location but also to the personal experiences and cultural background that participants brings to the conversation.

In conclusion, we can communicate effectible by expressing and understanding a message or an idea accurately without interference.
