Being a multicultural leader is something really unique and it required to be aware of all cultural background. After doing the quiz I realized that to be able to be multicultural leader you have to know your team culture and you have to be ready to accept their culture and background. All people have different background where most people are not aware of that differences, therefore there will be a gab between the leader and their team, if the leader was not ready to accept the background of their team then he will end up not being able to lead his team. Regardless of their religion, country, sex, color or language as a team leader you have to accept that fact and be ready to deal with each member based on their background and culture.
